Leah Springate

Leah is a printmaker and book designer now living in Owen Sound. She graduated with honours from the Ontario College of Art where she specialized in Printmaking and Book Arts. After a 20-year career designing books at Penguin Random House Canada, she left to focus on producing her own work as co-proprietor of Mammoth Hall Press, a private printmaking and design studio. She has worked in many printmaking media including linocut and woodcut, etching and drypoint, screen-printing, cyanotype, and letterpress.

Her work is held internationally in public and private collections.
