A full refund will be provided if a workshop is cancelled by The Georgian Bay Centre for the Arts due to low enrollment. Students will be notified by email or phone 24 to 48 hours before the start of the workshop. If a student withdraws 5 days or more before the start date of their registered workshop, they will receive a full refund minus 15% administration fee.
Full fees can be returned in the form of a gift certificate.
No refunds will be given if the student withdraws less than 5 days before the start of their registered workshop.
In cases of severe inclement weather or road closures, class will be canceled and a make-up date will be scheduled. Winter classes will typically go on as scheduled despite the presence of snow.
A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is due to COVID 19.
